The Mercure Belgrade Excelsior is a great choice for exploring Belgrade, The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better, providing us with a map and detailed recommendations for what to see and do in the city. The area felt safe and pleasant, making it an ideal base. The hotel itself has a charming historic vibe, with features like the old lifts adding character. However, the rooms felt a little dated, and the bathroom was quite small. While modernising might take away some of the charm, the current setup may not appeal to those looking for luxury. That said, it’s functional, and offers value for money. We didn’t use the hotel bar or restaurant, as Belgrade offers plenty of dining options nearby. The transport links were also excellent, making it easy to get around. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you value location, hospitality, and a touch of character. While it’s not a modern luxury hotel, it’s a reliable and safe option, and I’d happily return for another stay.

Çok iyi bir konuma sahip, Parlamento Binasının yanı başında. Knez Mihailova caddesine kısa bir yürüyüş mesafesinde. Biz konumuna bayıldık. Bir sonraki gelişimizde de burada kalırız muhtemelen. Karşılama, resepsiyondakiler çok ilgililerdi. Odaya çıktığımızda oldukça sıcaktı. Biraz soğutalım diye klimayı açtık ama ısıtmaya ayarlı olduğundan soğutamadık. Pencere açıp serinledik. Klima arızalıydı sanırım. Kapatmamıza rağmen bütün gece bir uğultu vardı. Tek sorunumuz bu oldu. İlk gün kahvaltıyı otelde yaptık ama diğer kaldığımız accor otellerine göre biraz az çeşit vardı. Ertesi gün yakındaki fırından aldıklarımızla atıştırıp gezmeye başladık, daha iyi oldu. Çıkış yaptığımız gün otelin giriş camlarına yılbaşı çizimleri yapıyorlardı. Çok güzel şirin bir oteldi, biz memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederiz.

This hotel is well situated in the city center and a quick walk away from the most popular tourist attractions and many landmark buildings like the National Assembly and St. Mark’s Church. The room was quite good but the customer service was a bit average.

Hotel Mercure Excelsior is exactly what I was looking for my celebratory birthday weekend in Belgrade. Just minutes away from all the main tourist attractions, cool bars and restaurants. What makes this historical place truly great is it's amazing team, from reception to housekeeping and f&b, such kindness and willingness to go above and beyond deserve a grade 10/10. Also, attention to details like sending a birthday cake is much appreciated. I am really looking forward to my next visit to Belgrade and I already know where I will be staying, that is Hotel Mercure Excelsior! Hvala
