Mercure Belgrade Excelsior Is amazing hotel full of history located in the city center. Reception staff Are very kind ready to assist at any time,breakfast was very delicious and have many options to choose. I will come back for sure :) :) :)

I've had a great pleasure and wonderful opportunity to stay at charming Hotel Mercure during my business trip in Belgrade. Perfect location, top notch cleanliness, delicious breakfast and most importantly, this hotel offers super kind and always attentive receptionists! All the front desk agents I had a chance to interact with, went above and beyond to make my stay most memorable. ♡ Trully great times, and I know Hotel Mercure will always be my number 1 choice for a stay in Belgrade!

This was our second visit to Belgrade but our first time in this hotel and it was an excellent choice. Not just the location but atmosphere and service. Because we landed late and were off very early we used the airport pick up service which the hotel kindly arranged and we felt it was worth it and a lot less stressful than trying to arrange a cab at 3.30 am. The general service was excellent and staff really were first rate. Serbia is a very warm and welcoming place but even so we were really made to feel at home here and loved our stay just a week before Christmas [western calendar]. Excellent breakfast and we adored the Ivo Andric theme making the hotel more boutique than chain. This will be our go to place when are next back in Belgrade.

Ailecek 3 oda 6 kişi konakladık genel anlamda memnun kaldım fakat, oda ısıtma sistemleri yenilenmeli odada üşüdük, banyolar çok eski ve duşakabin yok. Kahvaltıda aşırı domuz ürünü vardı bunların yanında dana ve tavuk ürünü çok azdı.
