In general, the hotel was very good and clean. We had the bed and breakfast option and experienced a rich breakfast buffet every morning. Apart from the breakfast, the restaurant was not to the standard of a four-star hotel. The menu was quite limited. As the building is probably old, it was not possible to fit a second elevator. There was only one old and small elevator which was not sufficient for the traffic of that building. Maybe a faster and more modern elevator would increase the efficiency and customer satisfaction. Although our room was quite spacious (and very clean) some of our friends had complaints of the small size of their rooms and considered it not fair to pay the same rate as the others with better rooms.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of Belgrade. Walking distance to many shops and sights. Belgrade has a pharmacy and supermarket on every street amd restaurants galore. Many many parks and green spaces to chill with a drink or snack in hand. All walking distance from the hotel. Hotel is nice with a small restaurant for breakfast. Reasonable choice of options. Both hot and cold. Reception staff always friendly. I had a single room. My mattress was super uncomfortable/hard, but after telling reception and asking for a duvet to be placed on it, I was able to sleep comfortably. Room was small but fine for my needs. Shower was lovely and hot and great water pressure. Not much room by the sink for my stuff but there was storage next to the door. I would stay again for the location as it was so convenient to get around from there.
