The hotel is in a good location overlooking Town Beach and an easy walk downtown and to restaurants. The room had a lovely shady balcony. The rooms with seaviews had very sunny balconies. We had a problem with the washing machine charging us but not working and the staff were very helpful. The room was spacious.

Average motel room that has some age but clean...Its a 3 star not 4 star. Check in was terrible after hours.Had to do this over the phone and gave multiple forms of ID despite being a premium member who had allready paid....There systems are lacking badly.20 minutes on the phone at midnight..come on Accor get it together. Breakfast finishes at 9 am sharp ?Wont be back there are much better hotels in Port M

Friendly helpful reception staff. We had a room on the upper floor at the back. No lifts! So beware. The room was basic but clean. The bathroom was big with a corner bath and a shower over the bath - bit of a challenge getting in and out but doable with care. The location was fantastic! Right on the seafront. Fabulous views. Easy walk into town. Lots of cafes and eateries close by. Coastal path right in front of you.

-no daily housekeeping -noises from the back alley way. Very poor noises proof from neighbours. -the shower was pathetic!!! Very weak pressure.

Excellent hotel with an amazing view of the ocean. The rooms are spacious and clean, As it was a short stay didnt use any facilities from the hotel and missed breakfast too. Ample parking.
