We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the spacious room with a beautiful view, the cleanliness, the quality of our shower and bed products, and the Club Millésime offerings, including the excellent cocktails and stunning views from the 51st floor. It’s also great to know that you found the hotel's connection to the shopping center convenient. However, we sincerely regret the inconveniences you faced. We apologize for the miscommunication regarding the restaurant hours upon your late-night arrival, as well as your in-room dining experience. Your comments about the fruit quality and the housekeeping team's habit of rearranging personal items have been noted, and we will review these practices to ensure guest comfort is prioritized. We also regret the confusion regarding amenities such as cotton pads and the paid coffee capsules. Transparency is key, and we will ensure that such details are better communicated before and during our guests' stays. Similarly, we acknowledge your concerns regarding the limited variety in the half-board menu and will work towards providing clearer information to guests prior to arrival.
