L hotel sorge in una zona tranquilla a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana linea verde. Siamo arrivati la mattina e nonostante il check in previsto per le 15, sono stati fatti sforzi per consegnarci la camera alle 11. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite Deluxe, ampia, pulita con letti comodi e acqua minerale sempre disponibile. La colazione offre un buon buffet dolce e salato(quello salato è più ricco). Lo staff molto cortese. Unico punto che si potrebbe migliorare è il buffet della cena un po' limitato e ripetitivo, ma consiglio assolutamente per rapporto qualità prezzo.grazie a Barsha per gli ottimi caffè serviti al bar.

L’hotel è molto bello, la stanza comoda e spaziosae la colazione è fantastica, ma ciò che fa alzare ulteriormente la valutazione è la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Io e mio figlio siamo arrivati in hotel dopo le due di notte e mia moglie, addirittura alle sette di mattina,perché è dovuta rimanere in aeroporto ad aspettare la valigia che ci era stata smarrita… una volta saputo dell’inconveniente, alla reception, senza che noi lo chiedessimo, ci hanno offerto un late check out alle tre del pomeriggio. Questa è la vera attenzione che un cliente si aspetta.

Albergo molto bello,hall ordinata e pulita. Colazione eccellente per tutti i gusti. Camera pulita e molto grande con terrazza bellissima. Piscina molto discreta e silenziosa. Personale gentile,disponibile ed educato. Costo assolutamente in linea con i servizi dell'albergo.

Hotel in stile moderno, camera grande e confortevole. Ottima colazione a buffet, ma da migliorare il cappuccino e l'offerta di dolci. L'aspirazione dei fumi in cucina è praticamente inesistente, perciò anche questo da migliorare.
