Schon die Lobby wirk sehr imposant. Das Hotel ist makellos sauber und die Zimmergestaltung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dadurch das das Hotel freisteht und keine Hohen Gebäude in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft sind hat man einen sehr guten Ausblick in alle Richtungen. Das Frühstück war herrvorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Poolbereich war ebenfalls sehr schön hergerichtet und das Personal aufmerksam. Die Massage im Spa Bereich kann ich nur empfehlen. Es gibt nur zwei Kritikpunkte: Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir zunächst ein Raucherzimmer zugewiesen bekommen, obwohl wir Nichtraucher sind. Hier wurde allerdings vom Hotel zeitnah auf unseren Wunsch hin ein Nichtraucherzimmer bereitgestellt, somit also schnell und professionell reagiert. Ein weiterer kleiner Kritikpunkt ist dass es etwas mehr Zeit braucht bis das Fahrzeug vom Valetparking geholt wird. Das ist aber bei dem starken Verkehr im Eingangsbereich leider unvermeidlich.

Großartiger Service, super freundliches Personal. Top Ausstattung inkl. großer Supermarkt Inside. Frühstücken in der 51 Etage sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen, kostet allerdings etwas Aufpreis, mein Zimmer in der 31 Etage hatte den Skyline Blick, erstklassig. Tolle Restaurants alle zu empfehlen. Fahrzeit Hotel nach Dubai Marina in der rush hour 4 p.m. ca. 50 Minuten. Für meine zwei Tage alles Top............
