Extremely pleasantly surprised by the quality, design and service at this hotel. It’s a 4 star so you expect a certain standard, but these guys exceed it and are probably pushing towards 5 star. Maybe not justified, but we were slightly apprehensive that the rooms could be too “funky”, we usually stay in something a bit more conventional and luxury looking. However, the large room was perfect, duvets, beds, A/C, shower all great. Pillows were mediocre but didn’t bother me too much. Transport is great, you get the number 4 tram into Zurich centre, it’s right outside the hotel and takes about 10 minutes. We paid 100 francs for 72 hours of unlimited travel within Zurich. The front desk are the pinnacle of great service, especially Patty & Becky, they went above and beyond a couple of times. Guys behinds the drinks bar also very friendly. If we ever returned to Zurich I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at 25 hours Zürich west. -The staff were all very kind and helpful, and were happy to help arrange an early taxi to the airport. -the room was great with huge windows, automatic blinds, and some in-room amenities and minibar. -the bar and restaurant staff were great. The pizzas smelled amazing! -location was great- just across the street from a tram stop (though this means it’s a bit loud if you open your window at night to cool off the room). We loved being just 10 minutes from the train station Only negatives were the pillows weren’t great. Otherwise, would absolutely stay here again!

I had a great time at the 25hours Hotel Zurich West 25th to 28th Oct 2024 and I will visit again definitely. At reception Patty and Natasha and one other girl I forgot her name was so kind and love to help. I have never seen so good people in my entire life at hotels Many thanks for them for there kindness and support They make my stay absolutely memorable Patty give me a card on check out I will remember this always.. Thanks Patty Hotel is less than 2 minutes walk from Tram Number 4 Tony Areal Station Very peaceful stay no noise at all at room Number 120 I was upgraded as a platinum member of Accor Swana was great.. Gym is also 💪 👌 Mini Bar was free Room was cleane and very well designed simply love it

Wonderful experience staying at 25hours Zurich West. The front desk staff especially Patty truly represented the 25hours brand and image welcoming us with smile and doing all to make our stay a memorable one in home away from home. We also stayed at Zurich langstrasse and unfortunately could see the marked positives with Zurich west and its team

Good hotel, out of the center, but with easy access

We spent two nights here, and enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice (the rain shower, honestly, was the best I've ever experienced). It is not in the city center, but there is a tram stop right outside the hotel, and a stop for another tram line an easy 5-minute walk away, so it is easy to get into town. There is less to do in the immediate area, though there is a branch of the Design Museum right next door, and the excellent Frau Gerolds Garten is an easy 15 minute walk away. All things considered, if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Zurich, this hotel is a good choice. We were certainly happy with it.
