I also note your comment regarding the shuttle service. We currently operate our shuttle to the Khao Lak area five days per week, however I understand your preference for a daily service and will keep this in mind as we continue reviewing guest convenience. Please accept my apologies that the cleanliness of the beach did not fully meet your expectations. Our team cleans the beachfront area in front of the resort each day, although during the rainy season, tides and weather can unfortunately bring debris back onto the beach again during the day. We will continue to monitor this and do what we can to maintain the area as well as possible. Thank you again for your feedback and recommendation.
