Please accept my apologies that the walk to breakfast and the limited seating impacted your experience. While the resort is 500m in total length, buggies are available for any guest who would prefer not to walk. Our reception team can arrange this for you at any time, 24 7, with a simple call. Thank you also for your comment regarding breakfast seating. Breakfast does tend to be busiest from 9am to 10am, however before and after this it is generally much quieter. For guests who prefer a more peaceful experience, we also have our upstairs section of Patio Restaurant available. I will review your feedback with the team to ensure we continue improving the flow and comfort during peak times. Regarding your note about the distance to the center, Bang Niang is around 15 minutes away by car, typically around 400 baht, and we also operate a daily shuttle service at 150 baht per person return. I am pleased to hear you enjoyed the friendly service from our team and felt that you had everything you needed close by for a relaxing holiday, despite our quieter location. Thank you for raising your concerns regarding sun lounger availability during peak season. We do have a policy in place to ensure sun loungers are available fairly for all guests. Sun loungers cannot be reserved prior to 10am unless the guest is present at the lounger or in the immediate area. After 10am, if a sun lounger is unoccupied for one hour, our team will remove items so the lounger can be made available for other guests. I am sorry if this was not applied consistently during your stay, and I will review this with the team to ensure it is followed more consistently going forward. I am also sorry to hear your comments about the condition of the loungers and cushions. At the end of high season we will review all sun loungers and replace any that are getting older, and I am pleased to share that we have already replaced over 60 sun loungers in the past year.
