Wir waren als All-In Gäste 9 Nächte im Grand Mercure Kho Lak und waren super zufrieden. 9/10 Sternen, da die Klimaanlage genau aufs Bett gepustet hat (Richtung der Luft nicht einstellbar). Außerdem war die ein oder andere Strandliege und Auflage schon etwas durchgelegen. Sonst kann ich nichts Negatives nennen - Service Top, Anlage gepflegt, Essen lecker, Zimmer sauber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön, die Zimmer sind fantastisch und der Strand ist ein Traum. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön und ausreichend groß. Hier hätten wir uns allerdings mehr Schatten gewünscht. Bis auf kleine Ecken liegt der Pool den ganzen Tag über in der prallen Sonne. Auch nicht ideal fanden wir, dass man nicht mitten durch die An.age spazieren kann, wie man das von anderen Hotels kennt. Man läuft ausschließlich hinter den Gebäuden entlang. Der Weg ist zwar nett angelegt, man bekommt aber von der Anlage nichts zu sehen. Im grundsätzlich tollem Zimmer fehlt es an Steckdosen und Regalen. Die zwei Schränke über der Kofferablage sind zu hoch und schlecht beleuchtet. Unter dem Waschbecken hätte man noch eine Ablage anbringen können um mehr Ablagefläche zu schaffen. Das sind aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten, die den Urlaub nicht gestört haben. Das Hotel zählt insgesamt zu den Besten das wir je hatten!

Herzlicher Empfang, Upgrade bekommen,währe sehr gerne länger geblieben, weil ruhige Lage aber das Hotel war ausgebucht und das in der Nebensaison. Das spricht für sich.
