Please accept my apologies, however, that the beach cleanliness did not meet your expectations. Our team does clean the beachfront area in front of the resort each morning, although during the rainy season, tides and weather can unfortunately bring plastic waste and debris back onto the beach again during the day. We fully understand your concern, and this is an important environmental issue. While some sections of the beach are outside the hotel’s direct responsibility, we will continue to support cleaning efforts around our beachfront and work with the team on what more can be done.
