I am pleased to know that you appreciated our Thai style resort, beachfront location, professional team, breakfast offering, and your room. Please accept my apologies, however, that the Pool Access room location beside the pool pump was not ideal and affected your comfort when sitting outside. I will review this with our engineering team to see if anything can be done to further dampen the sound from the pump room. I also note your comment regarding the outdoor sofa not being covered, especially during rainy weather, and I will share this with the team for review. Regarding breakfast, I am sorry that the area felt crowded at times, particularly when it was raining. Breakfast does tend to be busiest from 9am to 10am, however before and after this it is generally much quieter.
