I do take your comments about noise in the pool access area seriously, and I apologize that this affected your ability to relax during your stay. We want everyone to enjoy the facilities comfortably, and we would always encourage guests who are experiencing challenges with noise or disruptive behaviour to contact us directly so we can address it as promptly as possible. It is worth noting that the pool access area is a shared space and is not advertised as a private area, however this should never mean that other guests are made to feel uncomfortable. Regarding your deposit, if you used the same card to settle your bill as the one used for the preauthorization at check-in, you will find that the original transaction is simply replaced by the final charge. If a different card was used, the reversal of any preauthorization generally takes up to one week to process, depending on your card issuer. If this has not been resolved within that time, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly at the hotel and we will be happy to follow up on your behalf. Regarding breakfast, I am sorry that the area felt crowded at times, particularly when it was raining. Breakfast does tend to be busiest from 9am to 10am, however before and after this it is generally much quieter.
