We had a fantastic time at this resort: - Excellent service at all levels - Very good restaurant options - Everything super clean and organized - Amazing breakfast - Very nice beach with super relaxing spots Special shout out to Deyamire and Gustavo who work at Calablanca restaurant and both were extremely nice and professional. 100% recommend!

Our experience at Sofitel has been outstanding top to bottom. We just had a lovely dinner at Bahia and our server Diego was so helpful, kind and engaging. We will definitely be back to visit on our next trip to Colombia! Sofitel is a 10/10. Management note: I do wish the staff could wear short sleeve uniforms. The heat and humidity has to be brutal in the long sleeves.

10 out of 10, this experience was one of a kind, the service was absolutely top notch!!! The whole staff was amazing! One person stood out above all and that Elver, no words can describe how great he was!!! The beach, bars and restaurants were all amazing.. The food and drink were perfect!!! The pools and beaches were pristine !!

We stayed for 8 nights and could have stayed forever… the hotel is beautiful and directly on the beach with the perfect view. A particular highlight is spending the late afternoons having a drink and some food by the food truck, Marelis was incredible and was always so happy and friendly, she always went above and beyond. We will miss you and the hotel and hope to be back soon
