An exceptional setting with staff who made a perfect four night stay for a family with two teens. From Diego at the front desk, to Luis at the bar to Oniris at Calablanca, every moment from arrival to departure was cured with attention. Additionally, we ate almost every meal at Bahia where Luis, Diego and their staff nailed each meal and drink. Our children did exciting water sports; we also went to the bioluminescent bay with hotel which was a short, unique well-executed getaway. We had an issue with hot water in room and it was handled with care right away. I look forward to our next stay!

Great new hotel (3 years) in Baru. Rooms are very nice. Nice for families and adults. Best part is the service- very friendly and open. Especially Alejandro on the beach crew- couldn’t have been more helpful. Gracias Alejandro. Looks and beach are great. Restaurants vary in level of cuisine but Humo is excellent. And the New Year’s Eve party is expensive but worth it- incredible effort put into it. Biggest advice is to at least triple the size of the gym- it is far too small

Augustin, the waiter on the playa tranquila, was the best! Excellente! Great service and very nice. He’s doing a great job. The hotel es excellent. Esta Muy Bonita y la comida es rica. La isla baru es Bonita. I recommend the hotel. Great service.

The service was fantastic. Everyone was so accommodating. Nothing was too much and the people at the hotel were very friendly. The stand out staff were Marelis from Manglito restaurant who made our trip so special and Alejandro on the beach. The food and beverage manager Oscar was also exceptional, making sure we were always accommodated and looked after. Would highly recommend! Service, amenities and food were excellent!

Wonderful setting with impeccable rooms, amenities, service. Staff are amazing and make all the difference. From the first step on the property to the last, staff are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The following and and so many more provided superb service: Carlos at concierge, Ildeso with baggage and general support, Alejandro/Jason/Gustavo with beach service, Diego and Ana for dining service, and a lovely señora with beautiful braided hair who provided attentive room service. Because of them, we will come again.
