Great place to relax and enjoy a few days at the beach. Food is good, rooms are very nice and service is outstanding. The staff at the restaurants make a great effort to make you feel comfortable. The staff at the beach are amazing as well. Alejandro and Osvaldo are very attentive

Juinee Jenifer Dejas help in the grill was exceptional. Special thank to her. Livia Kulcsar & Laszlo Reti. Ex 302 room guests (check out time 15th November).She didn't only help when we didn't have a table reservation in advance. She drew our attention to the hotel's other services. We received good advice on when to use which pool or beach. And of course he also helped with the menu. Thank you

We came to celebrate a friend’s birthday and loved the Sofitel at Baru with the beach location and the five stars service and the attention to details that create a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. The food was outstanding and the breakfast buffet which is included in the rate surpassed the best. We strongly believe in personalized hospitality, and this should be both ways, therefore we made a list (for sure not complete) and took the opportunity to extend our thanks to the staff for being so friendly and accommodating, waiting on us attentively and always on hand to help Guillermo, Karen, Ghiomar, Juan Camilo, David, Alfred and Myli. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience. The common areas are perfect for relaxing or socializing and offer a variety of activities that really enrich our stay. Housekeeping was highly professional. If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature, we cannot recommend this resort enough. It was an experience that exceeded all our expectations. Thank you for everything! We will be back!
