The resort is great. Calm. Plenty of space. I never feel crowded, never have a hard time getting a comfy spot by a pool. The food and cocktails are top notch. The wine selection is just good. I also think there are a few really top notch employees that know great service: Jaime in the lobby bar, Jorge at the bar near the main pool, and Frank at the main pool.

This place was an unexpected paradise. From the moment we arrived by boat, we were greeted with cold face towels and had our luggage taken to the lobby for us. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Some don’t speak a lot of English, but they go above and beyond to communicate effectively with you and always get it right. The resort is clean, well managed, and had spectacular red sunsets. The room we had was beautiful and they clean it twice a day! We got the family room with a hot tub on the balcony and it was a great way to end our day. It’s very quiet, which was exactly what we needed after travelling through Cartagena for three days. There were a lot of fun activities to choose from. If you like scuba diving, you can do it right off the resort and be back within an hour - very convenient. As a family of four, we went by boat; two of us snorkelled and two of us scuba dove at the same time so we could all go on the same excursion. I loved our scuba instructor, he was so helpful and fun. We also booked a sailboat for a half hour. Waters sports are free from 11-1, but then you have to pay. You also have to be at least 13 for the paddle boards, which was too bad for my 10 year old, but I respect they prioritize safety. We did the bioluminescence tour - highly recommended! The staff who took us, also took us on the sailboat. I’m forgetting his name, but my children called him “the very nice man” as he was so good to our children and made it so enjoyable. Jorge at the concierge was really great to help us plan our excursions. We also did the coffee experience which was well worth it! The food is excellent, especially the breakfasts. I also loved the food truck and surrounding vibe around the outdoor restaurant. The service was excellent and the staff get to know you and your orders quickly. By day three they were already making our lattes as we entered the breakfast. I wasn’t sure what to expect when we arrived as some of the recent reviews were negative, but it exceeded all expectations. It was one of the most beautiful hotels and experiences we’ve had as a family, and we’ve travelled the world staying at these types of resorts. If you are thinking of booking, don’t hesitate. You will enjoy a beautiful peace of paradise that offers something for everyone.

A wonderful and luxurious venue. Special thanks to Diego, who gave us a wonderful pizza cooking class! Juan and Laura gave us great drink lessons. Sebastian was a great coffee expert. Great experience!

The hotel was excellent , clean modern beach front , great pools , great food and lots of choices for eating . We did many nautical adventures from snorkeling , swimming with phosphorescent playton , to renting a boat and going on a full day exploring the Rosario islands and snorkeling swimming it was magical
