The stuff is very friendly and welcoming. Reception stuff amazing and warm. At the restaurant, Ejay, Chris and James very lovely people!

Room was nice comfy & clean. Had a meal in the restaurant half a chicken was on diet- battered prawns over cookedy

Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Reception staff were very welcoming, informative and helpful. We had a meal in the Novotel restaurant - prices were really reasonable, the foot was cooked beautifully and waiting staff Chris and Sarah were very welcoming, professional and attentive. We would definitely recommend and be back again ourselves. Excellent stay from start to finish and much because of all the staff. Five star ⭐
