Very happy with the experience, but what really made a difference was the human quality of the staff. Marcia was extremely helpfull in multiple ways, her delicate manners made us felt VIP guests. She is the kind of people that see a solution in every situation.

Avoid as no restaurant. Very basic hotel. Room was ok but Breakfast was abismal. Dirty place to eat. no spoons. no milk. very difficult to accept .

Human mistake, but no flexibility from the hotel I accidentally booked the wrong date (July 3rd instead of August 3rd). Completely my fault, I fully acknowledge that, but it was a human mistake. When I arrived on July 3rd, the hotel was fully booked. The woman at the front desk told me she would speak with her manager and that I might be eligible for a refund. I heard nothing back, until I followed up myself, only to be told I wouldn't get anything back. In the end, I had to book another hotel last-minute and lost the full amount I had already paid. It's disappointing that there was no flexibility or goodwill, even though I reported the issue immediately and stayed polite and cooperative throughout. A small gesture from the hotel would’ve meant a lot to me. Roy van Alphen

Our room was clean, the check-in staff was friendly and helpful, and there were no major issues, but that's where the positives end. There were many small, and completely avoidable annoyances about the stay. The room itself was small, and didn't have a closet, fridge, ironing board, nor a safe. When we visited during the summer months, the room was too hot and had poor ventilation overall. The shower had an extremely low flow head on it, and the drain made a bunch of annoying sounds when the water dripped on it after the shower was done. The lighting in the room was annoying: it was either all lights on (very bright, cool white lights), or all off. The thermostat emitted an annoying light which was annoying to sleep next to. There was some sort of night light sticking out of the wall with exposed wiring visible. The cleaning staff tried to enter the room multiple times on our check out day ahead of check out. They knocked and opened the door without much time to react. The door was LOCKED from the inside by the way. This was rather poor organizationally and poor discipline on the part of the cleaning staff. The breakfast had no hot food, and had some of the food items empty and not replenished. The selection was from cereals, cold cuts, breads, and some fruit. Although the quality of the items was decent. All in all, it was a poor experience and I would not recommend staying here.

I was put up in this hotel by Transavia, after they had to delay my flight to Yerevan by 24h due to technical issues with the plane – annoying, yes. but, I also prefer to fly on planes that are completely safe and have no technical issues. the hotel was clean, the beds comfortable enough and the reception staff were were willing to help, even if their English wasn’t perfect. The breakfast was fine. I can’t comment on the other food options, because I did not use them. My main reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hotel is quite difficult to get to during the day, because the free shuttle only runs in the morning and evenings. I had lots of baggage with me & (after taxis refused to take me to the hotel) had to walk for a very long time through Orly Airport to get to the tram. Luckily, the tram stops right outside the hotel on the other end.
