Dear Katy, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Mercure Lyon Genas Eurexpo. We are sorry that the room was too hot, we are currently in neutral period: without heating or air conditioning, however lately there have been abnormal temperatures for the season, that's why we have provided you with fans, you also have fresh water available in the room and we can also provide you with water mist. As for coffee, do not hesitate to contact the reception which is available 24H/24H to bring you cream, or Nespresso coffee. As for your journey, without traffic the airport is only 15 minutes away from the hotel. Finally, concerning the restaurant, you should know that in addition to our restaurant and McDonald's you will find several restaurants in the city center of Genas within 5 minutes of the hotel.
