Have always had a good experience here. Breakfasts were a pleasure, we were served by a staff named Ann who was very helpful and proactive to check in on us during breakfast if all was alright and if she could help get us anything at all. Very kind gesture to perk us up in the morning. Hope management trains everyone to be up to her standards, great hospitality. Looking forward to my next stay!

The room was comfortable and very clean. Daily cleaning and checks were done thoroughly and with care. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast had good variety and quality. The concierge service was also excellent. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Wondeful and peaceful place ! Could get in my room earlier... The place is also well located in Bangkok, close to the station and the bedroom was always fresh and clean ! Thx to mrs Ratty for her smile and positive vibes when I was crossing her from time to time !

I had a great stay at Mercure Hotel this time. I was impressed with everything. The front office staff, especially Ae and Mei, were very friendly professional and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth. The room I received was also very nice, with a beautiful view and clean, meeting high standards. This was my first time staying here, and it certainly won’t be the last. Unfortunately, it was raining during my visit, so I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the rooftop bar — but I definitely won’t miss it next time!"
