This hotel is very comfortable, nice view and room is good and receptionists are so nice especially K.Tongta, he’s so kind and helped us a lot to do activities and guide us where I go in BKK, hope to see you next time! We enjoyed at this hotel🤩🤩🤩

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. Excellent customer service. Especially Tongta and Opal. They both were exceptionally well with the customer service. Right from checking to checkout, they were very professional and polite. Wish every hotel should have a people like TANG and OPAL. Thanks guys.

Checked many YouTube videos on Bangkok visits. I chose this place for location and features, pool, exercise facilities, rooftop bar. Nice dining facilities. The reception desk people were wonderful and checked me in easily. My bag did not make it to Bangkok from Singapore, the concierge were absolutely fantastic, they keep me informed about the status and delivered it promptly when it arrived. Many thanks to Tomus and Aong for their professionalism.

What an experience to dine in here in Sky lounge with an excellent service by mrs.pan . She was the one who was working so well among all the staffs there in the sky lounge . The hospitality here was so perfect that made me feel come again and again and i will be doing that for sure . Thank you going for going beyond a service .
