Dear Wendy Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at Mercure Alice Springs Resort. We appreciate your comments on our location; however, we are sincerely sorry to learn about the shortcomings in housekeeping and maintenance that you experienced. It is our policy to ensure that guests are informed of housekeeping services during check-in, and we regret that this was not clearly communicated to you. We take cleanliness very seriously and your concerns regarding dust and linen changes have been noted. We will review our housekeeping procedures to ensure that our standards are met consistently, as linen is changed every 3 days and this will brought to the attention of the housekeeping manager. Additionally, we apologise for the inconvenience caused by the sliding glass door and the delay in its maintenance. We aim to provide prompt and effective service, and we regret that we fell short in this instance as the rollers need replacing and are waiting on parts to arrive. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. regards Ian

It is concerning to learn about the condition of the towels in your room, and we take such matters seriously as they do not reflect our standards. We will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure that our linen meet the expectations of our guests. Regarding the bar service, we regret that you were unable to enjoy our signature cocktail due to unavailability of ingredients. This is not the service experience we strive to provide. We will review our inventory management practices to ensure better availability in the future.
