generally good, check in good, meals are good, dining room service is a bit hit and miss. Some are very good like Jenifer, others not so. at breakfast some have setup done well, some are still setting up well after the 6am start. All diner and breakfast are all polite and friendly.

Entire resort very tired, rooms basic. I stayed multiple times before and after my walk, each room needs a really good deep clean. Every time I walked from reception/restaurant to and from my room two staff (one older male and one younger female) always smoking. Not a good look at all as they stand in the undercover foyer area of the resort.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and a very convenient location. The rooms were good however I have dropped a couple of stars as they are very dated and in need of upgrade. It was good to see that rooms were being being refurbished so no doubt that rating would improve in the future. I would still stay here again.
