In quarantine so didn’t really have a choice about staying, but the room was extremely comfortable, loved the giant bathroom and the balcony views over the Todd River

Hey guys. Stayed with you guys under covid quarantine from 10-22 November. Just would like to note the outstanding customer service and the most positive attitude from your receptionist Cathy. She was a breath of fresh air ever morning/afternoon and anytime we called for something to our room. I would be incredibly happy if I had her working for my business. If the world was fully of Cathy’s then it would be a much better place. The food was great the first week and had plenty of options.. the food was a bit hit and miss with hot and cold when it arrived. Obviously went to ‘crap’ the second week when you guys were overwhelmed with numbers and the menu was drastically reduced and was barely edible. 90% of the time it was cold and we ate it as there were no other options. The other major problem was that our kids room aircon was not working and a number did calls it wasn’t repaired. Lucky the reception had a portable fan which assisted greatly. Would have been nice to stay at your place without COVID conditions and hope that we will make it back another day when things are normal again. I guess overall, $4,200 for 12 nights over two rooms what the best experience for us.

all the meals were very good. I think the TV experience could be improved with the introduction of smart TVs with streaming capability or by adding a streaming device (Telstra TV, Fetch, Apple TV, etc).

As a Platinum ACCOR member, I am extremely HAPPY with this property. I am now distressed that the property is now closed to the public until Feb'20. Unfortunately, I have now booked at IHG Lasseters for 3-5 August. I am loyal to ACCOR properties - and I need a reoccurring booking fortnightly throughout 2020. Due to the above restriction I am now forced to move to IHG properties in Alice Springs for this regular booking. Could you kindly respond and contact me - are there any options for me to resume my stays at this property? Mark A. 04…

The reception team and the accommodation were of a high standard, unfortunately I cannot say the same for room service, the food was good but it is disappointing when you call up and are given a window delivery time of 30-40 Minutes and then after 1 hour I have to call up to see what is happening.

So far so good. The staff have been responsive both by telephone and email as needed. Room is great, lots of space. Extra products given to us as needed. Food is good quality and left at door as required. All going well so far ask me by the end.

We always stay at the Mecure. The team working there are excellent. The rooms always clean and well presented, The beds are comfortable. Every meal we have had in the restaurant is to die for.

Despite being regular customers staying with Mercure as required , the experience last Tuesday and in particular Wednesday night, Future accomodation bookings are going to be extended to other options. Throughout Wednesday night, other guests are noisy disruptive shouting slamming the doors smoking and behaving in an unacceptable manner for a good part of the night . I am a local who lives on a remote cattle station 300 kms from Alice Springs and often require overnight stays in Alice Springs to attend meetings and do business . It is very disappointing to have had this experience at the Mercure . My Station neighbour , who also was a guest staying with Mercure on Tuesday night also stated that she would not consider making future reservations with Mercure after her Disruptive night’s experience. Due to the poor behaviours of other hotel guests, I did not enjoy my stay with Mercure on this occasion.

Pretty happy about all the service and facilities, unfortunately our sleeping quality effected by the noise from the family stay upstairs. The suggestion is arrange the family with kid stay downstairs will be better !

A little disappointing I must say. We were there for 2 nights, our room wasn't serviced on the second day, our mini bar therefore was not stocked, bed made or towels refreshed. The service was also very very average for an Accor Hotel, some of the staff were rude or at the very least not helpful.
