In quarantine so didn’t really have a choice about staying, but the room was extremely comfortable, loved the giant bathroom and the balcony views over the Todd River

Hey guys. Stayed with you guys under covid quarantine from 10-22 November. Just would like to note the outstanding customer service and the most positive attitude from your receptionist Cathy. She was a breath of fresh air ever morning/afternoon and anytime we called for something to our room. I would be incredibly happy if I had her working for my business. If the world was fully of Cathy’s then it would be a much better place. The food was great the first week and had plenty of options.. the food was a bit hit and miss with hot and cold when it arrived. Obviously went to ‘crap’ the second week when you guys were overwhelmed with numbers and the menu was drastically reduced and was barely edible. 90% of the time it was cold and we ate it as there were no other options. The other major problem was that our kids room aircon was not working and a number did calls it wasn’t repaired. Lucky the reception had a portable fan which assisted greatly. Would have been nice to stay at your place without COVID conditions and hope that we will make it back another day when things are normal again. I guess overall, $4,200 for 12 nights over two rooms what the best experience for us.

all the meals were very good. I think the TV experience could be improved with the introduction of smart TVs with streaming capability or by adding a streaming device (Telstra TV, Fetch, Apple TV, etc).
