Dear Ana_kronism Thank you for choosing Grand Mercure Shanghai Century Park as your preferred accommodation. At the outset, please accept our most sincere and unreserved apology as our hotel outdoor swimming pool was not ready when you planned to staying with us. In order to provide better swimming pool to our guests and also follow up the instructions from Shanghai Swimming Association during the COVID-2019 period, we need renovate our swimming pool now. We greatly regret that on the occasion we were not able to deliver the caring and attentive service, which you are entitled to. Once again, please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience we have caused. We sincerely hope that this swimming pool issue has not marred the overall impression of our Grand Mercure Shanghai Century Park and trust that you will give us an opportunity to restore your confidence in us. I will be more than happy to personally coordinate your stay to ensure that it is comfortable in the future.
