I would like to clarify that, based on our records, your reservation was made through a third-party booking platform with a "Room Only" rate. Under the standard Accor Live Limitless (ALL) policy, member benefits, including complimentary breakfast or points accumulation, are generally reserved for bookings made directly through official Accor channels. However, I am concerned to hear that it was "mentioned at check-in" that breakfast would be provided. If there was a miscommunication by our Front Office team that led you to believe it was included, I deeply regret the misunderstanding. We strive for absolute clarity during the check-in process to ensure our guests know exactly what to expect from their chosen package. Your feedback is invaluable, and I will be reviewing this with our Front Office Manager to ensure our team provides consistent and accurate information regarding third-party bookings and membership benefits. 硬件有些老旧，如客房有两个灯泡坏了但未更换，床头柜侧边角落地板较脏且有明显积尘，浴室花洒漏水，除此之外体验良好。

优点：地理位置极佳，服务人员均有热情和及时的回应，早餐选择丰富味道不错，建筑及装修有格调和历史感，适合拍照； 缺点：房间内阴冷，即便关了空调也是凉凉的且有潮湿气味，家具设施比较老旧，拖鞋太薄。

However, I would like to sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced in your room. Due to the thick walls and classic architecture of our 1910 building, maintaining the perfect balance of humidity can sometimes be a challenge in the tropical climate. I have shared your feedback regarding the dampness and the "cold" atmosphere with our Chief Engineer to ensure our dehumidifiers and climate control systems are performing at their best. We also appreciate your specific feedback on the furniture and the thickness of our slippers.
