酒店就位于市中心，周围有很多可逛的地方，但其内部又十分静谧，庭院被打理的相当富有生机，结合老建筑的白色柱廊很有美好的怀旧气息。客房特别宽敞舒适，保留了古典的韵味，在这样精致美好的环境里令人身心愉悦。

As a heritage hotel dating back to 1910, we work tirelessly to balance the preservation of our historic charm with the needs of modern infrastructure. However, I am deeply concerned to hear about the water quality in your bathtub. This is certainly not the standard of excellence we strive to provide. Please be assured that I have shared your feedback immediately with our Chief Engineer to conduct a thorough inspection and flushing of the plumbing lines in that specific wing. 酒店环境打造很好，复古，拍照出片，有游泳池SPA配套很完善，房间略显旧，但是对于老酒店来说还是很好了！早餐也很丰富。

I would like to clarify that, based on our records, your reservation was made through a third-party booking platform with a "Room Only" rate. Under the standard Accor Live Limitless (ALL) policy, member benefits, including complimentary breakfast or points accumulation, are generally reserved for bookings made directly through official Accor channels. However, I am concerned to hear that it was "mentioned at check-in" that breakfast would be provided. If there was a miscommunication by our Front Office team that led you to believe it was included, I deeply regret the misunderstanding. We strive for absolute clarity during the check-in process to ensure our guests know exactly what to expect from their chosen package.
