服务专业，工作人员都很热情，到酒店的路上请多立几块指示牌，我们车子按照导航走，转到村上一条小路上，单车道比较险。

酒店建筑很不错，很有历史，房间很凉爽，环境很好，早餐很不错。虽然只有两层楼，但只有一部电梯，且位置较偏僻，无标识，对于需要电梯的顾客略显不便，酒店设施维护略显老旧，有待于提高设备维护水平。5月3日和4日下午可能是酒店有活动，音乐声音很大，特别是低音传输很远，难以午睡，希望考虑住户感受。

Dear Zhijun Y., Thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback with us. It is wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the historic charm of our building and the pleasant environment of our property. We truly appreciate your honest comments regarding our facilities and the convenience of our elevator access; please be assured that we are taking these notes to heart as we plan our ongoing maintenance and property improvements. Regarding the loud music you experienced on the afternoons of May 3rd and 4th, I would like to offer a sincere clarification. That noise originated from an external market event located behind our hotel perimeter. While the sound may have seemed as though it were coming from within our property, it was an external occurrence. I want you to know that our team did approach the event organizers during those days to request a reduction in volume, specifically addressing the heavy bass frequencies that were impacting our guests. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to advocate for a quieter environment, the organizers were not fully cooperative, and the issue persisted. Please know that we deeply regret the disturbance this caused to your rest. We are committed to protecting the tranquility of our guests and will continue to work with local authorities and neighboring event organizers to ensure our guests' comfort remains a priority in the future. Thank you again for your patience and for choosing to stay with us. I am pleased to hear that you found our property beautiful and enjoyed our central location and the high level of service from our team. However, I am deeply concerned to learn about the condition of your bathroom. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the mold you discovered; this is certainly not the standard of cleanliness we strive to maintain. I have already shared your feedback with our Executive Housekeeper and Chief Engineer to ensure an immediate deep-cleaning and inspection of that room. Regarding the furnishings, while we cherish the antique charm of our 1910 establishment, we are committed to ensuring every piece is well-maintained and comfortable for our guests. 本次体验无与伦比。预定的是普通套房，check in的时候被告知升级到了可以直通泳池位置的传奇套房，没有提前做过任何沟通，就获得了这样的惊喜。前台员工帮我把行李送到了房间，一路上介绍酒店的信息，建筑风格和绿化都极其满意。传奇套房很大，布置风格也深得我心。酒店位置极佳，出行非常方便，总之这次入住对我来说是一次非常难忘的体验。
