We had a great experience staying in this hotel. The service was excellent and the service staff was very polite and helpful. Nabila was especially helpful in showing us around the various services and the buffet breakfast. Room service was great. Check-in and out was smooth. Room except and very comfortable, bathroom design was great. Hotel surroundings were great, near distance to the Juanda International airport.
