I planned a spur-of-the-moment trip and chose this hotel due to Accor Hotels membership. Check in was ok; they tried to fob me off with a car space 'around the corner' as their car park was supposedly full, but when I advised I needed to check out at 6am suddenly a car space materialised. Otherwise I had no issues. The room wasn't large, but perfectly adequate for me. The bed was comfortable, there was a nice bathroom with hot water and good water pressure, and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Very good value for the price, well located and easy to find. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed my stay. The breakfast is high quality-with an excellent buffet. Staffs in restaurant were amazing. Front desk extremely friendly, helpful and gracious. I really enjoyed the attentiveness and accommodating of Pooja and Jen in reception. Specially the Manager on duty Kaye who were extremely helpful assisting and guiding us with everything we need. It's wonderful that she provide exceptional service upon check in and our departure she ensured we were looked after throughout our stay Spot on!! The hotel is in a great location and the swimming pool is brilliant! And thank you to housekeeping staff always keeping our room clean and tidy and with enough supplies. Definitely coming back again!!

We loved staying here.

Would easily stay here again. The rooms were small but manageable. Comfortable beds and nice linen. We especially liked the staff. The waitress from Mexico was brilliant. The chef from Nepal was great to chat with too. The staff at reception were friendly and professional too. As long as you don't mind a small room this is the place to stay in Hobart.

Thanks to all the staff for making our 8 day stay pleasant. The fresh linen, the comfortable bed and the clean room. Amazing. The laundry was clean and the powder was free. The pool and the sauna helped fill a lazy spare afternoon. The location was amazing and within walking distance to everything we needed.

Newish hotel that's on the hilly edge of "CBD" so approaching on foot is steep. Reception and check-in zero issues with Fatima curtious and helped me throughout my stay. The room was very compact. Very I've had bigger rooms in Japan But it is clean and well designed Tbh, I'm glad I was the sole occupant Bed lovely and soft Zero views and excellent views from the opposite side, which makes me wonder why designer didn't allow for more rooms there The gym is very compact and busy every morning before 7 am One day, I just decided to jog in nearby, park No immediate eats nearby save for in-house asian joint Didn't try Parking was behind the hotel and very tight corners It's not ideal for campers All in all, they would stay again
