Pleasant service at check in. Able to park adjacent to hotel. Little tricky to find but able to access the hotel from the third level using key card from hotel. Room was good size, well equipped with a very comfy bed. The lavatory is separate from the bathroom. The shower is excellent. All was very clean. Strange not to have a light over the sofa area, as good lighting elsewhere. Close to the train station and a short walk to some good restaurants. Would recommend.

Very nice hotel: clean, reasonably spacious room with a good bathroom. Handy location near the train station and at the same time fairly close to the center. The green tones are present throughout the hotel, both in the room and downstairs in the lobby (which is partly the breakfast room). This is typical of Ibis Styles, which exudes just that little bit more individuality compared to the other Ibis hotels. It was very nice to sit in the lobby in the evening and have a free cup of tea: this increased the already pleasant relaxed atmosphere that we experienced in the hotel. The air conditioning was nice to have in the room, but had a minimum temperature of about 25/26 degrees so it just didn't cool down enough in the room. Attempts to change this by pressing buttons failed, as we would be 'not authorized' to operate the buttons. Was this perhaps a policy to limit energy consumption in view of global warming and high energy prices? (probably a defect that can be solved by the technical service) The service was fantastic, especially at the check-in on August 18 (very friendly lady). The breakfast is not exceptionally extensive, but good enough. All in all a nice experience, and we will definitely come back if we have to be in northern bavaria for whatever reason.

Only went to Aschaffenburg because this hotel served our needs of family room. The hotel was excellent and served our purpose. Aschaffenburg turned out to be a great town and we had a fantastic few days there exploring the area. Downside - lack of free parking or even reduced price in car park that is directly accessible from the hotel floors! Breakfast was excellent value, hotel gym was nice size and seemingly underused by others which was good!

Excellent friendly and helpful checkin. Room and bathroom were a good size and very clean. Plenty of powerpoints for charging. Great location near the city centre and main train station with direct access to Frankfurt, Munich, Nuremberg Bamberg and Darmstadt. Great water pressure in the shower and good hot water. Very comfortable bed, blackout curtains and very quiet helped with a great sleep on all 3 nights I was here. No tea or coffee in the room, but it is available for free downstairs 24hrs a day. Hotel is very modern and seems new. Only drawbacks were the lack of a room safe and no shampoo or conditioner, though no place I've stayed yet on this trip in Europe have provided them either. Very good stay

People were very friendly, highly supportive and really welcoming. The room was very comfortable and provided all we needed. Breakfast was a buffet with an excellent variety. The location is really near the city center.
