The hotel was comfortable and clean with good service from all workers. There are amenities close by and I had a good night's sleep on each of the days I stayed there. The only challenge that I had was slow internet in the room which meant I had to work in the restaurant where the connection was better.

We arrived straight from the airport before check in time and the staff was kind enough to see if there was a room available. We immediately made to our room, that was cozy, light, with enough space for 2 people and our luggage. The bathroom was standard ibis, and breakfast was good, with enough variety of food. The room had hair dryer and body wash in the shower and soap at the sink in big dispenser. The towels were fluffy and smelled nice, so did the linens. The only problem was with the water glass at the sink, that was used… The location was really good with restaurants next door, and walking distance to a variety of touristic locations

Location is great being centrally located where the travel agencies offer free drop off and pick ups, near fast food, starbucks and restaurants. For convenience, there are farmacies and a mall nearby. Service was straightforward, no complications and no dramas. They speak good english so it's good for non-hispanic guests. The staff were friendly and accommodating, hello to the friendly Front Desk people! Room was comfortable, you get your basics with a pretty decent size space. They have accessible rooms for those in need. Bathroom amenities were offered by a bottle so they don't use too much small plastic materials. Design is very Peruvian featuring the Nazca lines - brilliant! Breakfast was okay. You have your egg, hot dish, ham, cheese, bread, pastries and fruit selection. Price - totally great especially I travelled alone, it did not hurt my pocket at all. Value for money for sure! Overall a great stay!

Really a great hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. Perfect location, near restaurants and supermarkets. Good wifi, lifts and nice size rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful. Always smiling and ready to assist. Starbucks is right next door too. Highly recommend this hotel
