We had an upgraded deluxe room with a kitchenette. Rooms were immaculately clean with a good size bathroom and an oversized shower. Hallways look like they'd recently been refurbished. Excellent buffet breakfast in the morning. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Small range of eateries adjacent to the hotel and shopping mall was a five minute walk away. Could not fault it and we would easily stay there again.

Good to be back. Unfortunately the app booking let down the arranged online booking as charged nearly twice as much as the advertised price and the connection to a real person to deal with the issue is poor. Even when I sent screenshot no decision was made . And the feedback was to abrupt . So I'm still waiting

Lovely hotel, met all expectations. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great. Ample space in the deluxe rooms with kitchenette which was very helpful. Very centrally located- short stroll to Manukau mall and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel for short stays.

Initially we didn't enjoy our stay at the Sebel unfortunately. The air conditioning was not working, had advised the reception for 3 days, their only fix on the third night was to bring us a pedestal fan. The self-service laundry dryers also are not great, either that or the washing machine isn't spinning clothes out enough and we needed multiple tokens for one simple load. Parking is relatively easy and accessible which is good. I had originally given 3 stars however since the initial review I have been in touch with the manager and have been provided with good customer service and issues have been resolved. As such I have amended the star rating to reflect this service. I would recommend staying here as the location is beneficial and the manager does investigate issues and provide quality service and I thank them for this. We would consider staying again.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et offre toutes les commodités attendues pour le voyageur. La literie est très confortable. Notre chambre était bien insonorisée. La salle de bain est spacieuse et moderne. Le petit déjeuner (buffet) était complet. Il y a également un restaurant que nous n’avons pas essayé.
