Ashok housekeeping was very polite ,dedicated,hardworking and gave us top knoch services.The breakfast was great and the hotel had good hygiene standards .....though the in room dining prices could be more economical. Only 1 issue we had was that the washroom in our room had a translucent glass which should be changed to an opaque one.

Amazing place for stay ! Restaurant ambience is perfect .. good delicious food .. especially Jaya in restaurant was very kind & generous .. greeting as soon as I came in for buffet .. was so warm & welcoming . Her smile is so infectious. Had a great stay ! Each & every staff in hotel is great & working hard ! Kudos to team Novotel Gomti nagar ..
