The hotel has a good location in Gomti Nagar , Lucknow . Good facilities and a great breakfast . Staff is really helpful , and for the buffet breakfast , and dinner appreciated the ways Mr Jha took care of the specific dietary requirements . However the reception desk needs to improve its efficiency - too slow to check in and check out .

Housekeeping done the great Job. Rooms are well maintained washroom are clean corridors are in good condition thanks to housekeeping team for making my stay comfortable. Smooth check provided by the team as well no need to wait for the rooms.

Is excellent everything was good food ,stay ,people . I would love to visit again . Staff is good and my check in and out procedure was so smooth. Ambience was also good and rooms are also very spacious and properly maintained.there was no glitch occur during my stay

The room and the swimming pool was the craziest thing and the view was awesome from the room and the bed was very comfortable and all the stuff that was provided was very clean and hygienic Novotel is the best 5 star hotel I'll recommend to evey one
