Had an excellent dining experience at Novotel Lucknow. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and well presented. Special appreciation to Rajat from the restaurant staff for his outstanding service—courteous, attentive, and very professional. He truly made the experience memorable.

Please avoid. Better places to stay in lucknow.

Appalling service. Untrained staff. Everything seems to be an effort for them. Room service took an hour and jam and ketchup were served in steel utensils! Have never seen this before in any 5 star hotels. It does need to be downgraded from a 5 star as standards are very very poor.

visited here a month ago stay here for a day. hotel location is nice, property is also nice but there's some smell issues in the lobby. rooms are comfortable and cozy.
