Einfache Anfahrt, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel für 10,00€ pro Nacht oder in der Tiefgarage, auf der Maininsel gelegen, von da sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Das Personal war ausnehmend freundlich, sowohl am Empfang als auch im Restaurant und beim Frühstück. Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Außer einem Safe war alles vorhanden sogar Bademäntel. Das WLAN funktionierte prima, das Kingsizebett war sehr gut. Ebenfalls angenehm großes Bad mit guter Dusche – leider in einer Badewanne. Es gab nur Seidenspender. Das Frühstück war prima, Rühreier wurden frisch zubereitet. Das Restaurant bot eine gute Speisekarte für mittags und abends. Die Bar war bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet. Es gab einen kleinen Saunabereich und einige Fitnessgeräte.

Es handelt sich hier um ein gutes Hotel, wo ich immer gerne hingehe. Diesmal war allerdings in meinem Zimmer der elastische Bodenbelag lose (mit Blasen). Das hatte ich bisher noch nicht. Das Essen war in Ordnung und der Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Wir haben bereits eine Firma beauftragt das entsprechende Zimmer zu renovieren, so dass der elastische Bodenbelag in einen festen geändert wird. Very friendly welcome at check in, fast check out, comfortable bed. Noisy church bells in the morning, and overall impression that it has not aged well. Carpet was stained and the bathtub looked just awful. Not a nice sight first thing in the morning.

Clean but a bit worn

We stopped at this hotel to break up our drive back to Berlin. It is in a good location by the river and one can walk into the city center. The staff seemed very nice and we felt welcomed at check in. They had a good wheelchair accessible room and we appreciated the small refrigerator. The room was spacious and clean but did appear well worn with stains on the carpet and very basic furnishings. However the hotel was priced fairly, it was quiet in the room and we slept very well.

Eu e minha família nos hospedamos somente por uma noite no Mercure Hotel Schweinfurt Maininsel, para então começarmos a Rota Romântica, Fica a menos de 50 km de Wurzburg, muito limpo, excelente atendimento e café da manhã. Quartos confortáveis e bem montados. Tem um estacionamento ao ar livre, em frente ao hotel, seguro e sem custos.
