Estive no hotel por 5 noites pelo segundo ano consecutivo. O hotel é muito moderno e bem decorado (apesar do quarto já dar sinais de desgaste com cortina manchada etc). Os funcionários são atentos e cordiais. A comida do serviço de quarto é bastante saborosa, mas os preços são muito caros. Igualmente caro é o spa, mas ainda assim não deixa de ser excelente. O grande problema foram os elevadores. Durante 3 dias, apenas um de quatro elevadores da torre onde eu estava hospedado funcionou. O hotel estava recebendo uma conferência e o tempo de espera foi um caos.
