I am very satisfied with this hotel and its services, I have been coming to this hotel every month for about two years and I feel like I am at home. The hotel is very clean and has very professional staff. I am especially happy with the lounge services, Mr. Murat ,Onur Mr. Seven Altay and Ms. Irem Tekin are always helpful From management staff to restaurants MR. Tanju, Mr. Yunus Emre Ms. Esra to massage Ms. Burcu services I have always received good services. I even brought my dog ​​to this hotel and they were very kind to my son Thank you for this wonderful hotel that is relaxing like home for me.

Irem Tekin She is an absolutely wonderful and exceptionally kind person with an amazing and loving personality. Her manners are impeccable, and I feel so fortunate to have had the chance to interact with someone like her. When I wasn’t feeling well with a cold, she went out of her way to make tea for me every single time, showing such thoughtful care. She was always cheerful, smiling, and radiating positivity. People like her, with such a remarkable and caring nature, are truly invaluable, and every effort should be made to cherish and appreciate them.

First of all, I was expecting more from this hotel based on pictures and the price point. I have been to several of the Accor family hotels and this one being on the more expensive side, wasn't what I was hoping for. Upon entry, I felt like that could not be the main lobby. It was a bit disappointing to see that as the first impression. Breakfast wasn't great, not that many hot meal options, but very tasty. We had booked a skyline room, which was on floor 32. The view was amazing, the rooms are very modern with control panels in multiple places. One annoying point was drinking water, for which we had a glass bottle that we needed to keep going out of the room to refill. It's much easier to have bottles in the room available so you don't need to keep getting dressed to refill. Location is good, amenities are very good including the gym and pool. All in all I would have given it 4 stars of it wasn't for the concierge. Furkan, the concierge staff, was really the outstanding point for us. Very friendly, fluent in multiple languages, great recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing, and he really went above and beyond to help the guests have memorable experiences. That's why I'm giving it a 5 star review.

Great hotel with beautiful design! Amazing rooms and outstanding service during breakfast! Ozgun and Baran were 5 stars waiters. Hotel itself is great the only thing you should check during booking is the location. For sightseeing it wasn’t the most convenient
