Wuhan Fairmont was our second visit which forced us to come to them, their overall cooperation and service attracted us in such a way that when we visit China we are forced to go to them. I don't need to write much about them, I will just say that those who go to China should visit Wuhan Fairmont once. We believe that you will find something in them that will force you to come back to them again, especially the food quality, variety, taste and their amazing service in the Gold Lounge. Dear Mandy You are the best, Thanks to you and your lovely team members who had tried to lot .

Overall, it was a wonderful experience with Fairmont Wuhan, Hubei, China, excellent service without any shortcomings. Special thanks to Ms. Mandy Gold Lounge Manager, she personally provided us with the best service possible, along with her entire team, thanks again to Team Fairmont Wuhan as this will be a memorable service for us.

Fantastic hotel as you would expect a Fairmont but what made it more memorable was the outstanding welcoming and attention from Jessica at check-in, for example my wife was after a specific shoe and Jessica went online to find a store during check-in. Breakfast had a great range of Chinese and Western cuisines again supported by a great team And well if there bed I am yet to sleep on it

Wonderful stay. Property is lovely and bedrooms great with very comfortable bed and high quality bed linen. Service and staff are so helpful. Breakfast wonderful with many options for western and Chinese. Gym and pool are also extremely good - bring swimming hat and goggles as they are mandatory but available to purchase. Highly recommend.

I stayed on the Club Floor from September 4th to 6th, 2024. The staff were consistently attentive and polite, but Mandy, the Club Floor Manager, really stood out. She was not only gracious and attentive but also went above and beyond to assist me with a delivery service. Although this request was against hotel policy, Mandy made an exception when she realized it was important for my return to my home country. Her willingness to make this exception reflects excellent judgement and true leadership. Keep up the great work!
