My stay at Raffles was truly exceptional, especially thanks to Nathan from the guest services team. He was incredibly professional and enthusiastic throughout, patiently addressing and efficiently resolving all my requests with great care. His thoughtful and attentive service went above and beyond, making my stay comfortable and worry-free. He definitely added a perfect touch to my trip and left me with a wonderful impression. ​

Sky cafe is a very good restaurant. Autumn is so nice and provides us a very goid service food is good, a various kind of food and wine beautiful scene

The hotel is very clean and modern with excellent service. The butler team is extremely professional and attentive — special thanks to Maddy, Leo, and Echo for their warm support, which made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The gym and indoor swimming pool are spacious and well-equipped. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Maddy, Echo, Leo and Yuna have been amazing. Helped me with any requests I had and guided me through all the hotel’s amazing amenities . The structure and rooms are great. The restaurants are delicious .
