Good location, but Wifi is hopeless, unlikely to stay next time.

Good location but hopeless WiFi. Stayed at Raffles Shenzhen for 2 nights, everything else was good, but not the WiFI. While working at night and uploading work material, the hotels Wifi does’t work properly, called the “engineer team” 4 times but nothing they can do, & once the engineer didn’t come, therefore waste lots of time siting and waiting for wifi, frustrated & tiring. The iron doesn’t work, no steam, but water just leaking from the bottom after filling water, so couldn’t iron for meetings. Unlikely to stay next time. 位置不错，但无线网络很差。在深圳鹏瑞莱佛士酒店住了两晚，其他都很好，就是无线网络不行。晚上工作上传工作资料的时候，酒店的无线网络不稳定，我联系了“工程师团队”四次，都没能解决，而且有一次工程师也没来。房间熨斗坏了，没有蒸汽，而且加水后底部漏水，所以准备开会用的衣服没法熨烫。虽然地点不错, 但是出差没有wifi 简直是自S式行程, 无端浪费很多时间, 又累又烦。下次不会住了。

Another great stay at Raffles Shenzhen It’s my second stay at Raffles Shenzhen. A luxury product that truly lives up to its name. Spacious room and provide impressive turndown amenities. Attentive services rendered by well trained staff. Quality of breakfast spread is impeccable. My only feedback was the in-room dinning experience. “Raffles fried rice” can further improve. Nonetheless, was a good stay.

I had an extremely pleasant stay at Raffles SZ and I'm particularly eager to give a huge thumbs up to the housekeeping staff here. From the moment we checked in and entered our room, we were greeted with meticulous care. Amy, who was in charge of our floor, had such a warm and friendly attitude. There was always a sincere smile on her face, which made us feel right at home and relaxed immediately. When it came to room tidying, Amy's work was truly outstanding. Every day when we came back from outside, we would find the room spotlessly clean. The bed was made perfectly smooth, without a single wrinkle in sight, and the pillows were placed just right, making it so inviting that we couldn't wait to lie down and unwind. I'm truly grateful for Amy's dedicated service during our stay. Her efforts made our trip much more comfortable and enjoyable, and also enhanced our favorable impression of this hotel. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience the excellent housekeeping service at Raffles SZ!
