Beautiful, Hot Hotel

Everything was 5 star when it came to rooms, friendliness of staff. Beautiful hotel, Room service added the tip and a room service charge to the bill so an average cheese burger, coke and wings were almost a $80.00. Drinks and food were a bit pricey. The draw back was the air conditioning broke, it was almost 98 degrees outside. The hotel conference rooms were unbearable, Then there was no ice for drinks, Hot rooms to sleep in was awful on the 23 floor. we were given cans of soda pop in a hot conference room and it was also room temperature. Hot Coke=delicious. While the ais was eventually fixed by the next morning, it was an uncomfortable day and evening while at the WellSky conference. We do realize the air breaking down was out of thier controle and unusual.

Had a fantastic experience at Fairmont Gold in Austin! Celebrating a birthday with my sisters during a short weekend stay. The team at Fairmont Gold was warm, welcoming and so accommodating - helping with our check-in and check-out, arranging a birthday surprise, and working to help us make the most of our time. Many thanks to Fernanda, Dine, Jack, Valeska & Sarah! We are already planning a return trip when we can stay longer!

I went to get a pedicure at the Spa, the spa was lovely and gorgeous the staff was very helpful. Audra the tech who took care of me did an exceptional job. She was very detailed oriented and also gave me some pointers. Will definitely come back

Adam did a phenomenal job in making sure I felt welcomed in the restaurant. My drink never went empty and the chicken sandwich hit the spot. I would definitely recommend the food and service here. An excellent overall experience

I had the Luxe Pedicure with No Saletta and it was the best pedicure ever! She was so attentive to my needs and desires, and really transform the health, feel, and look of my feet and toes. She also provided tips for taking care of my nails better. This service is one I want to have at least every few months. I cannot recommend it enough. And you get access to the wonderful so amenities all day! Ni went above and beyond!
