We booked the Fairmont Gold experience for a Thanksgiving weekend staycation. Oh my gosh, was this an amazing experience! The service was top-tier, the private check-in is amazing and the perks in the lounge are absolutely worth it! Fantastic breakfast buffet each morning with an omelette station, snacks in the evening & desserts at night were a real treat. Jesse and Anna were so helpful and so kind, as well as all other staff members. We’ve already told friends to book here for their wedding night. Can’t wait to visit again!

From the moment we arrived at the beautiful Fairmont hotel in Austin, we were in love! From the sophisticated welcoming lobby to the very welcoming front desk agent, Adrian, our introduction to both Austin and the Fairmont were exceptional. Adrian was an A+ plus front desk, agent, Exuding a warm hospitality, along with invaluable knowledge of both the property and the city. From the Bellman, to the server in the lovely bar with the live music, to all spa staff, including our excellent massage therapist, we were very well taken care of. Our room was delightful, sparkling, clean, and so well appointed. We loved the amenities as well. A huge thanks to all involved in making my daughter‘s birthday trip to the Fairmont Austin hotel, so memorable. If we are ever in Austin again, we will 100% be staying with y’all! And I expect that Adrian might be the general manager by then!

We are regular Gold Floor visitors. Our stay at Austin was not really up to Gold Floor standards. The appies were chips and salsa with some cheese. The breakfast was satisfactory, but pretty uninspired. Room was fine, but certainly nothing above and beyond. We have always enjoyed wonderful Gold zfloor experience, but this just did not live up to brand standards. Sorry.

When there was a long line for checkin, the staff offered everyone complimentary waters. When they saw I had my toddler with me, they offered an upgrade for more spacious room. And then when there was not a bathtub as requested, they very quickly moved us to a room with a tub. Everyone working there was friendly and accommodating. And great location, walkable downtown and to Rainey! I only wish they had provided a mini fridge with space for our own food and beverages. Otherwise everything was perfect!
