Hotel is good and staff is polite and house keeping is very bad condition and cleiness is very poor and supervisor is don't know how to manage staff and handling people very time me.sanish ,rami, elasayed,ilyas,some people bad condition

Perfect place to stay and recharge. Spacious rooms with all needed amenities, great food. Amazing service from the front desk to beach: everyone is friendly and willing to help. Thanks to everyone at the staff for a remarkable stay, especially to Ayesha and Fayed for being incredibly helpful upon checkin and checkout. We were charmed both by how everything looks and also how great was the sea, pool at top level, bar and restaurant.
