An excellent hotel with excellent service. An ideal combination of price and quality. I would like to mention the excellent room cleaning. The Cleaning Master - Infas is great And I also want to mention the wonderful cocktails from Kanchan with its fast and high-quality service at the beach bar. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation

Kind of Meh. Contras: - too big for size of beach - sun setting behind the huge building meaning it’s gone on the beach by around 4pm in December. - food quality as well as quantity and taste WAY below expectation ( tasteless, repeating) - service, both at the beach and in restaurants WAY below standard ( no one coming to get your order on the beach, orders taking forever in the main restaurant, no one holding the doors or showing any other courtesy manners) PROS: - ANIK at the main restaurant! Just WOW! Holding up the fort basically on his own. GREAT manners, GREAT personality, GREAT at his job. Hope Mövenpick is aware of all that! All in all not worth going, there’s way better resorts.

He was professional, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure guests were comfortable and happy. His warm attitude and dedication truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Employees like Bek are the reason guests feel welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks to such outstanding staff!
