Overpriced, Poor Service, and Refund Frustrations

I had a very disappointing experience during this stay. Firstly, the smoking room I was assigned had a strong and unpleasant smell, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the service was confusing and inconvenient. Considering how expensive the hotel is compared to the services provided, I was surprised that they required a deposit. The process of getting the deposit back has been extremely frustrating. Even after two months, I still haven’t received the refund on my visa card. During checkout, they didn’t consult me about my preferred refund method, despite the fact that I had paid part of the amount in cash and the rest by visa card. This lack of communication and professionalism added unnecessary frustration to my entire experience. What makes this even more disappointing is that during my previous stay, I had a much better experience. Unfortunately, this time was the worst. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

A wonderfull stay at Fairmont Amman. Amazing and very friendly staff. I had to prepare for an exam and everyone was really supportive and helpful. Special thanks to Philipp and Mohammed who checked me in and ensured an unforgettable stay. Special thanks to Fairmont gold staff; Wensses, Rand and Riham, who were really nice and had a solution for everything. Caprice’s staff, classy Mona and elegant Simon thank you for the lovely music and happy vibes. Dj Mary high-quality super impressive beats. Beautiful, elegant hotel with gorgeous rooms, the largest bathtub plus double sinks, a mirrored, walk-in closet! Many good restaurants, AND a great location! Breakfast was good; a lovely selection of foods and juices. Décor is luxurious!
