The hotel was excellent in very aspects, the rooms were clean,comfortable, and well maintained, the staff were friendly, professional especially rand from reception and the arabic coffee was so good , and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Probably after 20 or more trips to Amman over the last 20 years, I have discovered this beautiful hotel. Rooms are absolutely charming, service is flawless, food incredible: especially the Lebanese restaurant serves delicious food with impeccable service. Quality of food in the lounge should be profoundly improved. The staff is hospitable and patient though.

I have stayed in hotels all over the world, including rooms that cost well over $1,000 a night, but Fairmont Amman is something truly special and impressively offered at a fraction of that price. From the moment you arrive, the experience feels exceptional. The Christmas and New Year decorations were absolutely stunning and set the tone for a stay that felt both festive and refined. First impressions matter, and Fairmont Amman delivers immediately. The room itself was extraordinary. The bathroom alone was the size of my living room back home, spacious, beautifully designed, and genuinely indulgent. Staying here gives you a strong sense that you have made it in life. Every detail, from the finishes to the service, reinforces that feeling of true luxury. Dining is another standout. Be sure to try all the restaurants on the property, especially Salt Steakhouse. The steak was exceptional and easily among the best I have had anywhere in the world. Fairmont Amman offers world class luxury, outstanding value, and an unforgettable experience. It is a hotel that exceeds expectations in every way.

Gladly spent the holiday with my family at Fairmont Amman. While all the staff were generally accommodative, I would like to extend my deepest praises to Raghad Al-Obeid at Nur. She perfectly managed the dinner bookings with the widest smiles even throughout the busiest nights. Was definitely a lifesaver in times when urgent last minute changes were needed. Raghad is certainly a precious asset to Fairmont!
