Highly recommend for this great hotel, The staff was helpfull, always smiling and welcoming. The coffee man raslan was great he have the best coffee and dates. The concierge and reception staff they are the best Very thanks to this great hotel

The staff was very helpful pleasant and the room was very clean and prestigious. I would like to thank all the staff from the reception to the housekeepers . The gem is very nice .however I think having a heated pool will be nice .cz it was really cold.

Loved everything about this hotel. Whilst it's true that being in a 5* can do that, the Fairmont had that extra on top which was really about the service. Nothing was too much and it was always with a smile. The food was great as well - one of the best breakfast spreads I ever had - and evening dining was flauless. The SPA has warm pool areas but also Dead Sea water pool which was so relaxing! I stayed at the Fairmont after quite a bit of travelling and a couple of hours in the SPA followed by a divine treatment (Yansi was magic!) got me back 100% restored and relaxed. Moreover, there are unfortunately hotels were the loyalty programme might not give the expected value but here, being an ALL member was exactly the cherry on top for the stay. Truly, can't recommend it enough!

The Fairmont Amman is a lovely hotel; it has a beautiful and spacious lobby and many amenities. Our room attendant Ammar Assad was very helpful and gracious, providing excellent service and assisted in our needs. He kindly made sure we had enough water, towels and pillows!
