Stayed here for 3 nights on business. Like how the property is maintained and the nice rooms and close proximity to the office. Really nice sauna and steam room. Breakfast spread is pretty expansive. Appreciated the hostess walking it through. Only disappointment was the inflexibility on the check out time knowing that we had a late night flights ahead of time.

The hotel is beautiful ,quiet and spotless. The staff is exceptional! Mufasta welcomed us everyday in the lobby asked if there was anything we needed. He even helped me get medicated water from the pharmacy for my breathing machine. Before my arrival Mohammed helped me arrange a tour with a trusted guide. The lunch buffet had a wonderful assortment of international food and desserts. Highly recommended and I will be back ;).

Really nice hotel. I stayed there for 3 days and I really enjoyed it. The rooms are modern, nice and clean. The employees are smiley and take care of you. Special congratulations to the Chef of the steakhouse restaurant who were very nice with me and his food is outstanding. I had the opportunity to meet the Operation Director (a French woman, who I forgot the name) and she was really helpful. I would go back there the next time I go to Riyad for sure.

I was attending a conference being held in the hotel and was returning after a similar stay in 2024. Staff, customer service, food, houskeeping, spa and ambience was exceptional. An amazing conference in an a fabulous location and venue.

My husband and I had a Spa morning, followed by Afternoon Tea. As always, the Fairmont team were all wonderful. We always get treated like VIPs there. Special thanks to Yonela, Clairine and Issawy for special care and attention to detail. We were spoilt! As it was my husband's birthday, they arranged a special cake as well. Ibrahim, our server, was delightful; and Tafadzwa and Hany, who did our aromatherapy massages, were outstanding! Magic hands, both of them. The only down side was that the spa was Ladies Only from 11am to 4pm. So, although we were blessed to be the only 2 in the spa -- allowing us the privilege of having the pool to ourselves -- at 11am we asked the receptionist on duty where the separate men's and ladies' sauna/steam rooms were, but he wasn't clear. It sounded like my husband had to leave and I had to go into the Men's room to use the sauna & steam room. I wasn't comfortable with that, so i didn't use them at all. We might go back to the spa for a massage, but not for the limited spa facilities. That was the only disappointment. Otherwise, highly recommended. And I guess, if you're a group/couple of ladies, and you're in there from 11am, you'll feel more comfortable with the situation.
