The stay was great at the hotel, in general the location and the service was good and the professionalism of the staff made my stay easier, especially Mr Bassam Aseeri at the reception he made the check in in no time and upgraded my room to a quiet room.

The hotel is centrally located. The staff is wonderful especially, the restaurant staff - Noor, Jeza, Angelica and Chef Zia. At the reception the most efficient and customer centric person was Muteb. His smile and service created a very welcoming experience every time someone visited the hotel. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone to stay

Great location; nice room; gym; friendly service and a shout out for Jessica and Angelica for breakfast. Really good price too! If you like peace and quiet you’ll like this place. It’s around the corner by Uber to some of my favorite restaurants. Also Jessica made feel at home too. Kind people are the most importantly thing in this world.

From reception to room services, very humble and cordial staff, Basam and Hussein have been extremely efficient with the services every guest seeks. One of my most peaceful experiences staying here, great location and good people to deal with, what more can one ask for 😊

The hotel itself needs a lot of renovation however the best thing is the people, they are very friendly. Specially Yasser from the reception and Hussein and Nurul from the restaurant and Gaber. I believe that the location is good, only need to renovate rooms
