Fantastic hotel, spacious rooms, decent breakfast, great service, small but workable gym, right in center of town near Eat Streat and lake. We booked a 2 Queen family room and the room was super comfortable, great showers, nice layout with separate bath/toilet area separated by a door (not sure why reviews mention bad open plan and open bathrooms, that is not true!), we had a very comfortable stay. I worked out in their small gym, it’s small but very workable for a run/workout. Breakfast was included in my package and decent, we had omlettes, mocha and excellent yogurt etc. Loved that hotel is central in town, we ate at couple nice restaurants on Eat Streat. I researched several hotels and the Black Swan was sold out and it’s away from town, glad we booked Pullman that I highly recommend (ignore the negative reviews). I would like to recognize Annabel at front desk who is very nice and provided great service.

Bad Experience at Pullman Rotorua

Very unprofessional at their work, the hotel is not at all cooperative. We asked for varied services as tourists and all was denied by the hotel. They couldn't even arrange a taxi for us. Wouldn't suggest anyone to come here anytime. Had a terrible experience.

So I have stayed here 3 nights in the last Two weeks ... No welcome amenity for the last Two stays and nothing today either Ask for a menu in the restaurant whilst sat with a wine, no one come back at all, or ever unless I ask lol in my days as a waiter that was NEVER the customers job no matter how busy ! Wall paper pealing off the walls is not a great look but the last 2 stays NOT tonight the rooms need maintenance! To finish and a platinum member of Accour i am surprised the canapés are only available until 5pm and as i work and not on Holiday i find this strange ...... I thought this was supposed to be a five star hotel .....

Picked by our travel agent. It was really nice, easy walking distance to restaurants, the lake for hot pools , and e-bikes rented at the hotel. We took the redwood trail, beautiful! Nice room, very comfy bed and nice bath. I'd go back to same hotel!

We booked a deluxe king room with a great view of the lake. Nice bathroom, huge shower, comfy bed. Valet parking enabled us to come and go easily. Staff were pleasant, and there are lots of eateries nearby if you don’t want to use the hotel restaurant. We spent the morning at one of the local spas enjoying the hot spring experience. Tonight will be a cultural show and dinner nearby. A convenient hotel base for exploring Rotorua.
