I loooooove this hotel! The hotel itself was VERY nice. People complain about the "open concept bathroom" but you have an entire door that you can shut if you want privacy. The smell IS the sulfur from the land, if your can't handle it, don't stay in Rotorua. People should really do their research before traveling and stop complaining. This hotel is top notch, the staff was amazing, great food and even the music in the lobby was good. I'm a travel agent and travel a LOT and I had ZERO complaints and will recommend all my clients to this hotel when traveling to Rotorua. Great job Pullman!
