Terrible from start to finish

Terrible, from start to finish, probably the worst ever experienced in the Accor group. Aging badly in desperate need of renovation/modernisation, dark and quite sinister with low ceilings, leaving an impression of unclean. Rooms have a distinct smell of humidity and are very poorly decorated. The “suites” are badly arranged with an uninviting canape overlooking the bathroom and fridge. Breakfast just OK. No recognition of All status. Welcome drink may comprise a coffee or a beer only.

An ok city hotel. Not fancy and the room had expected items which all worked, including the ability to make hot water. There were supposed to be coffee pods but none appeared. Wi-Fi was fine. The food in the restaurant was ok but service was really slow.

As with many services in Brazil, if you are in a hurry, don't go there! This property is in a convenient location and in very good condition compared to nearly everything else in the area. The restaurant's food was very good but the service slow.

The hotel is situated in the barrio of Nazaré, near to the Theatro da Paz and in walking distance to the basilica of Nazaré. The staff is extremely helpful and understanding. The hotel offers a modern bar in the entrance area and a gorgeous rooftop pool on the 17th floor with a view onto the city. The hotel kitchen is excellent. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and recommend this inviting place without hesitation.
