Literally the warmest hotel room I have ever slept in. I’m aware this is somewhat common but we chose this hotel specifically because they said they had air conditioning. We had a large business crew for a conference and they had to walk around in suits/jackets and go back to boiling rooms. Windows opened a few inches. Everyone was mentioning it but the hotel said the air was permanently off with no offers of help. Check out staff sat and watched me cart four suitcases by myself to the lobby with, again, no offer to help. Hotel WiFi intermittent at best. First time to Paris, wanted to love it.

Our system provides air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter, but due to significant temperature fluctuations at the time of your visit, everything was switched off. We deeply regret that this affected your comfort and the quality of your stay. Additionally, we are very sorry for the lack of assistance you experienced at checkout. It is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we will be addressing this with our team to ensure this does not happen again. Too warm throughout hotel

The temperature in the hotel was unbearable. We were told we could not use the air-conditioning in the room out of season. We were unable to sleep because of the heat. We had the window wide open and although the bed was very comfortable, we could not get much sleep. Even the reception area is boiling. I feel sorry for the cleaners working in that heat

The breakfast was usual. The location was far from the city center and from the nearest metro station. The carpet in the room was old. They offered only the filtered water from the device across the elevator. They had large the LCD TV but with mostly the French channels. The supermarket was far from the hotel.

In terms of location, our hotel is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the metro and tram stations at Porte de Versailles, offering direct connections to the heart of Paris. Regarding water, in addition to the filtered water provided on each floor, tap water is perfectly safe to drink, and bottled water is also available in our restaurant. As for our TV offerings, we provide 15 international channels in various languages, including Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Italian, Chinese, Dutch, German, and Arabic. I Stayed for 5 Nights BB. Location approx 10 metro station away from Paris Center. Hotel approx 40-50 min from CDG Airport . Good C/In upon Arrival. Room is ok but no welcoming Bottle of Water although although that we have Coffee and tea facilities inside the Room. Breakfast with no much variety for 5 nights stay . Not much staff to serve you. Slow response when you have a complain and guest satisfaction .

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are committed to sustainability and have adopted a zero single-use plastic policy, which is why we have removed plastic water bottles from our rooms — a decision that allows us to avoid using more than 130,000 plastic bottles per year in our hotel alone. To provide an alternative, we have installed filtered water fountains (offering still or sparkling water, chilled or at room temperature) on each floor in front of the elevators. Reusable water bottles are also available for purchase at reception, and upon request, we would be happy to provide a carafe for your convenience. We appreciate your understanding of these changes. Regarding breakfast, we are surprised by your comments as we offer two different options: a buffet at our Rosé restaurant, featuring over 100 different items ranging from classic pastries to cheeses, meats, fresh vegetables, and fruits, as well as an à la carte breakfast at our Pedzouille restaurant, with six varied dishes (three savory and three sweet). We regret that the variety did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for any delays or lack of responsiveness from our team during your stay.
