Dear Guest, We are very sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations. With regard to the heat in the room, we apologise for the inconvenience. Did you call reception so that one of our technicians could check that the heating was at 0? If so, did you ask for a change of room so that you could enjoy your nights more? We are sorry about the lack of towels in the rooms and their state of cleanliness. This does not reflect the quality of our service and we will be tightening up our procedures in the future. Did you leave the do not disturb label? Make sure you remove it when you leave the room to ensure that the room is cleaned during your absence and that the towels are changed at the same time. Thank you for informing us of the lack of information regarding the breakfast label. Our teams are at your disposal to answer any questions you may have. We would like to assure you that your satisfaction is our priority and that we are determined to improve the quality of our services.
