They don't have courtesy to even inform the guest about the charges, without any information they share the bill to us and also add the service tax which is not applicable even we asked them to remove the service tax on food and beverage they denied. Really we had a worst experience with Grand Mercure Gift City Gandhinagar Ahmedabad. The managers come to meet and greet but have zero knowledge how to behave with the guests. NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO VISIT HERE AT GRAND MERCURE AHMEDABAD GANDHINAGAR GIFT CITY.

L’hôtel pourrait être un Mercure ou Novotel mais très loin du standard Grand Mercure Comparé au dernier Grand Mercure Hanoï où nous avons séjourné la qualité de l’établissement est totalement différente La façade de l’hôtel est vielle et le logo Mercure a l’entrée est cassé Nous avions réservé une suite et une chambre qui étaient plus que quelconque, les salles de bain assez jolies mais mal nettoyé ( des mouchoirs dans les angles des meubles, poussière et cheveux sur le banc de la douche) En décoration des coussins en polyester qui ne doivent pas valoir plus de 1€ Les staff étaient très gentils et souriant mais aucune attention n’as été apporté dans les chambres, ni carte de bienvenue, pas de service de couverture, 2 vouchers pour 3 personnes En tant que membre Diamond je suis beaucoup mieux reçu chez Ibis que ici La piscine était dans les 15°c, pour une température extérieure de 40°c … donc inutilisable Le staff du restaurant est très sympathique mais d’une lenteur ! Un exemple parmi d’autres, après avoir demandé 2 fois des sodas j’ai du aller les chercher moi même au frigo, et ça pour beaucoup de choses … Et alors parlons du bar caché où ils servent de l’alcool … il faut un permis pour pouvoir consommer, ce que je comprends parfaitement étant dans l’état du Gujarat, mais c’était sûrement le pire bar de ma vie, pas de musiques et les fenêtres forcément cachés, après 30 minutes pour recevoir le pire cocktail de ma vie on apprend qu’on ne peut pas charger les boissons sur la chambre, ambiance pets et rots de la table à côté … horrible Seul point positif le spa Très très déçu
