Mercure Tangerang BSD City

This was the perfect hotel base to watch Suga’s concert at ICE. The rooms were comfortable and there was good variety at breakfast. It was right across Aeon mall as well so easy to grab something to eat or shop a bit. The hotel arranged a great car service for us. Room was also comfortable. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in a vibrant and bustling area with easy access to shopping malls & restaurants. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff, who made me feel welcome and ensured a smooth check-in process.

I stayed in two rooms between my May 25 - May 27 stay, and I can say that each room is highly clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly how it looks in the photos. The basic room was already super spacious, and they were so kind to move me to the suite the during the second day of my stay, even if check in was at 3pm, they allowed me to move by 10am! Now the suite is something else. It was HUGE. The layout was wonderful. The bed--it made you want to never get out of there. The TV had a MI Stick so I connected my youtube and Spotify easily. Airconditioning was working perfectly, the walk in closet was a dream. I slept for so long!! The buffet was something I looked forward to everyday. It may look limited, but I enjoyed it so much. My favorites were the different kinds of kropeck, egg omelette, beef "bacon", the bread selection, the soups, and the Wedang Jahe--i could drink that all day! The lobby was spacious, I spent hours there simply relaxing and sipping my drinks. The entire staff were so thoughtful! Thank you to Nining at the front desk for moving me to my suite as soon as it was available, for giving me tips on how to put on gorgeous eyeshadow like hers, and for coordinating my needs, from laundry bags to my airport transfer! Thank you also to Yoshua for being so pleasant while I was checking in while cranky and stressed when I arrived. All the staff members in the breakfast buffet were all smiles, so efficient, and so kind to offer to get cutlery, coffee, and whatever else, even if they were all there for the patrons to freely get. The security staff were so helpful also in giving me directions to get to places, and welcoming me with a warm smile and fixing the traffic when I arrive. And guys... if anything, the interiors are already worth staying in here. So tastefully decorated, from the superior room to the suite. I have been truly spoiled by Mercure, I don't want to stay anywhere else the next time I'm in the area! Tips! Stay in a suite if you can, it's worth every penny. If you're staying in BSD City for a concert, it's walkable! Just practice the route beforehand and possibly walk home with others. It's super close to Aeon Mall, which is a great destination in itself. Gym is small but it's okay, has weights and a treadmill, which is all that I need. All in all, I feel like Mercure Tangerang BSD City is PERFECT for staycations, perfect for families, solo travelers, friends, whatever trip you may have. I stayed in the hotel room for the most part of my trip, except for when I left to watch the concert--I was always looking forward to going back because I couldn't wait to take a shower in that beautiful bathroom, sip tea in the sofa or daybed, or take a long great sleep in their huge bed. SPEECHLESS!!!!! I stayed for the concert and they decorated my room with Suga and BTS ornaments start from the cake, bed, even my bathroom mirror. Really thoughtful team, love it so much. Borahae 💜

Zuerst einmal. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat versucht die Probleme so gut wie möglich zu beheben. Ich sehe hier ein Komplettversagen im Management. In Indonesien werde ich auf jeden Fall in Zukunft Mercure Hotels nicht mehr buchen, diese Hotels legen den Fokus ausschließlich auf lokale Gäste und minimalen Service. Hier die Highlights meiner 2 Nächte im Premium Zimmer: - Die Hotelbar schließt um 10 und ist eine Mischung aus Shop, Kinderparadies, Eisdiele, Workspace und lieblos in eine Ecke gequätscht. - Room Service nur bis 23:00. Keine Menu auf dem Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage soll man einen QR Code scannen, der fehlte aber im Zimmer. Man hat mir dann eine Karte gebracht. Qualität war leider miserabel - vielleicht hatte der Koch schon Feierabend? - Wäschetaschen und Zettel haben gefehlt, mussten auch reklamiert werden. - Safe im Zimmer war verschlossen. Musste erst durch Techniker geöffnet werden. - Statt verschlossenen Wasserflaschen gab es eine Karaffe mit Wasser unbekannter Herkunft. In Indonesien??? - Die Wäsche hätte am Folgetag geliefert werden sollen. Hat gefehlt, wurde um 22:00 reklamiert und man hat diese dann irgendwo gefunden und vorbeigebracht. - Kein Room Service. Auf Nachfrage hies es dann - den gibt es nur auf Bestellung. - Am Waschbecken keine Seife, kein Handtuch. Man muss den Seifenspender in der Dusche benutzen und das Duschhandtuch Was ich nicht verstehe: Kontrolliert Mercure nicht die Hotels welche unter Ihrer Marke operieren? So etwas wirft doch ein schlechtes Bild auf alle anderen Hotels.
