Appalling behaviour from the group of teenagers on a brunch party ,they drunk from mid morning till going home but in between the chaos they caused I have never seen at a 5 star hotel before running amock around the main restaurant and causing damage to chairs and tables then numourous youths been carried out to pool area where they were sick collapsing onto Sun beds and throwing bottles into pool , the ones not noncomplatice then dived into pool fully clothed and uncontrollable,lifeguards and security had no control of them ,management didn’t even care when I went to complain just saying we will look into the problem ,this is our 3rd year at this hotel of which I have fond memories of but this disturbing downgrading situation has given us grave doubts we will be back, it looks like the hotel management are only concerned about money and no longer about quality of service APPALLING is the only way I can sum this up

We have visited Goa several times over the years, and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. The hotel itself was excellent, and the staff were truly outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. A special thank you to Soshan, Raju, Karthik, and Raveena for their exceptional service and warm hospitality—they really made a difference to our experience. We would also like to thank Karen, our TUI representative, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at the property. We went to celebrate my nephew's first birthday! Everything is great, the staff, the food, the service, the facilities. The staff make you feel at home and take such good care of you and your kids. They provide kids meals on demand which is the best part! Special thanks to Nupur, Tanishka, Ayushi, Soshan, Nikhil and Sumit. You people are amazing. Thank you!
