Room Dark depressing colour scheme ,stains on the side if bed frame ,towels never looked really clean ,shower base horrible ,shower not adequate, pillow cases smelt dirty .... staff friendly....

According to previous reviews, there have been some improvements. But I still had to tighten the toilet screws, ask for a broom, and sweep the room upon arrival. Aside from that, the beds were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and varied; and above all, the staff was really welcoming and friendly. We stayed there 3 nights and we slept well.

Gracias por cuidar la Ecologia al NO usar botellas de PET

Excelente idea de esta cadena hotelera !!! En vez de dejar botellas de PET con agua, en el check in te dan una botella de vidrio reusable de 1 litro con agua purificada. Con eso se reduce el uso de botellas de PET !!! GRACIAS GRACIAS

The stay was not that bad but as well nothing so recommendable ! The basic amenities like a tissue or a wastebasket or a simple bottle of water are missing in the rooms! The very basic thing that other ibis hotels should have it. As I’ve stayed in ibis hotels before.

I recently stayed at Ibis Tlanepantla and it was amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. We got a room with double beds and breakfast included. The room was very clean and had a good view. They had a varity of foods for breakfast and they would also cook eggs at the moment for you. The security in this hotel was also another thing I really liked. After a certain hour, they lock their doors and security comes and opens the door for you if you need to come in and out. I would sometimes get back at 2 or 3 in the morning and they would open the door for me and lock right after me. Overall, I had an amazing stay and I would definetly stay here again! Thank you for everything Ibis Tlanepantla.
