We had a good stay in Raffles Jakarta. The signature king room was fantastic and the service was warm. We felt very welcome. Definitely would recommend to our friends who are planning a trip to Jakarta. The location was good too, it’s connected to Lotte World which is a huge shopping mall.

This is my 3rd time to stay at Raffles Jakarta. in this time I booked the Raffles room and I got room upgraded to Artist suite room. Thank you to FAZA, from Raffles Butler, for all room preparation before 1 day before check-in. Very personal, she does not forget for preparing the prayers clothing & mat in room as I mentioned at Preference Form. Also I want to shout out to Thalia, from Raffles Butler, for your effort to prepare the Tennis court for Me to exercise. the Room very luxury with all amenities. the Hotel Location which is connecting to mall make me very easy to shopping.

We had a pleasant stay at the Raffles Hotel, spent 1 night there we had a little suprise from the hotel team for our son birthday which is v thoughtful and sweet. They also provide us with personal buttler Jess whos been v sweet and lovely. Overal the rating of their service, food, room, facilities is 10/10.

A family wedding in a very nice Hotel, with spacious and elegant rooms, and all the modern facilities I needed. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I also want to give special appreciation to Mr. Sukri, a Raffles Jakarta employee from Housekeeping who was very friendly and polite when I asked questions and he answered all questions with his expertise. And also he cleaned my room very neatly and in detail
