Excellent service from the moment I checked in. The staff was professional and checking in was quick. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the housekeeping staff by the name of Jannah. Excellent service and good communicator. Pullman has good staff like her and keep up the good work. Overall, it’s been a regular hotel for me to stay here for its service excellence.

Love the service and attentiveness from the breakfast section, especially shoutout to mr Gunawan- exceptionally good service I received from him. Hotel is definitely lucky to have someone like him.
