From the moment we arrived, we were amazed at the level of quality and service at this hotel. Our room was upgraded without us even asking, and the staff seemed to all know our names from the moment we arrived and throughout entire stay. Every request was immediately tended to, and the staff seemed to anticipate or even go above and beyond to provide us with services we didn’t not even know we wanted or needed. The spa (Lilly and Tia are amazing) is fabulous (arrive early and enjoy the facilities!). We also loved having easy access to a beautiful mall with amazing coffee, food, and shopping. The restaurants and bars within Raffles were incredible. Their lunch buffet was simply incredible, and their bar belongs among the top bars in the world (design, ambience, menu, service…). Special thanks to Rhany for making sure we had reservations at must try restaurants and ensuring we had a great overall experience. Ben - thank you for the amazing itinerary for days in Jakarta. Audrey…the greatest butler ever who did an amazing job handling all requests and even going above and beyond (bubble baths and warm tea waiting for us upon arrival after long days out on the town). We celebrated my wife’s birthday and several staff came with a beautiful dessert to sing her Happy Birthday. What a great and hotel, and we can’t wait to return.

hotel is well connected with Lotte Mall, easy to find anything. and the service is above and beyond. not because the garden view suite upgrade but the communication before arrival is outstanding room is beautiful, bed is so good and loving the lounge as well. Accor's finest luxury hotel in Jakarta located in a very busy area, thats the only downside

i was in the mood for some drinks, and light bites. it was very nice to choose the writers bar, nice ambience, amazing people! i was greeted by Theresia, and served by the supervisor, Amanda. they are very attentive and super friendly. and also Akbar, he made the best drinks, i love his recommendation, Jakarta Sling! would totally come back!!!
